Is the current situation with Covid-19 causing you concern and anxiety?

Are you feeling a little overwhelmed with all the uncertainty?

If you have answered yes to any of the above, I’ve recorded a hypnosis track to bring a little calm, confidence and control back into your life.

Take 20 minutes to switch off your phone, kick off your shoes, put your feetĀ up and relax. Aim to listen to every day. If you run out of time, put it on when you go to bed.

The hypnosis track is about 20 minutes long. The rest is simply relaxing music.

This is for anyone, not just our pregnant friends.
